Bloom where you're planted

This was my first card creation to be posted on the internet with hopes to win some great prizes. I made this card for my sister who is going to study abroad next month. Here is how I made it with my cricutt:

White Oval was cut at 3 1/2, black oval was cut at 3 3/4
